SELECTED WORK / CASE STUDY

Where Things Settle is a VR narrative game about growing up inside an overprotective view of the world. Sorting a moving box begins as an ordinary task; familiar objects gradually reveal what that view left out.

DESIGN PROCESS
01 / Begin with the ordinary
Moving gives each object a reason to be picked up, examined, and placed somewhere new. The action mirrors the story: the player considers where old experiences belong in a life they are beginning to shape for themselves.
02 / Make a choice physical
The design proposes two ways to handle an anomalous memory object: break through its protective layer to hear what was obscured, or take it out and keep it. These are different ways to approach a memory, not a moral score.
03 / Let space carry the consequence
The living room is designed as a point of return. Shifts in sound, light, and spatial arrangement can make a choice felt. The proposed study-to-classroom transformation still needs verification against the current build.

DEVELOPMENT NOTE
Current screenshots document the introduction, moving box, and object handling. The full choice loop and room transformations still need confirmation against the latest playable build.
